每年十二月，同一个潮流都会回来：给 AI 图像模型上传一张自拍，粘贴一段提示词，就得到一张自己站在闪亮圣诞树前、穿着从没买过的毛衣的照片。这些图很好玩，但结果差异很大，网上大多数提示词清单只给文字，别的什么都不给。这篇文章给出我们自己写的八条提示词，解释每一条为什么这样写，并告诉你怎样让画面里的人仍然像他自己。

先说明一点。这些提示词是我们写的起点，没有做过正式测试，请当作草稿，按需调整。图像模型更新很频繁，同一条提示词每次运行的结果也不一样。提示词保留英文原文，你可以直接粘贴使用，也可以自行翻译成中文。

如何使用这些提示词

选一张清晰的照片。面部要对焦、光线好，在画面中足够大。群像里脸太小，是结果不像本人的最常见原因。
附上照片，在同一条消息里粘贴一条提示词。
保留提示词最后一句，也就是下面的“面容句”。它负责要求模型保留人物身份。
如果面容或姿势不对，先让它再生成一次，不要急着重写整条提示词。只有连续几次都以同样的方式出错，才需要改写。

把它加到任何圣诞提示词末尾，包括你在别处找到的提示词：

它不能保证一定相像，但它是照片编辑提示词里最有用的一句话。它告诉模型哪些部分是固定的，改动就会落在衣服和场景上。

单人肖像提示词

1. 温馨的客厅肖像

因为它要的是棚拍质感而不是动作，通常能较好地保持你原来的姿势和构图。

提醒一下：这条提示词描述的是动作，模型必须重新摆布人物。面部会转到新的角度，而像不像本人往往就在这里出问题。如果想保留原来的姿势，请描述场景和服装，不要描述人物在做什么。

图像模型有时仍会拼错单词。印刷之前先读一遍上面的文字。

为什么有些提示词效果更好

描述场景和服装，而不是动作。 动作会重新摆布人物，让人物身份面临风险。
写明光线。“warm string lights”“soft evening light”“studio lighting”都给了模型具体的依据。
一次只写一个场景。 罗列五种场景的提示词会生成杂乱的画面。
先裁剪。 紧凑地裁出人物，比宽幅画面给模型更多面部信息。
从干净的照片开始。 有划痕或褪色的照片会把损伤带进新图。先用老照片修复处理，再使用修复后的文件。
