What RestorePix AI collects, why, who processes it and how long it is kept.
This policy explains how RestorePix AI handles your data.
What we collect
- Photos you upload and the results we create from them.
- Account data: email address, name and sign-in details when you create an account or a purchase creates one.
- Purchase data: what you bought, amounts and the payment reference. Card and PayPal details stay with our payment partners.
- Usage data: tool runs, credit balance changes, approximate device and browser information, and a short hash of your IP address and browser used to count free runs and stop abuse.
How we use it
To run the tools you ask for, manage your credits and purchases, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and improve the service. We do not sell your data and do not use your photos to train AI models.
Who processes your photos
To run an AI tool, your photo is sent to the AI provider that runs the chosen model (fal.ai, kie.ai or APIMart). They process it to return the result under their own terms. Format conversion and black-and-white conversion run in your browser and are never uploaded.
Our service runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage). Payments are handled by Waffo and PayPal. Emails are sent through our email provider.
How long we keep it
- Photos and results: 24 hours without an account; 7 days in your history when signed in. Then they are deleted.
- Account and purchase records: while your account exists and as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Free-run counters: up to 2 days.

Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. Delete your account in Settings, or write to us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object, restrict processing, and complain to a data protection authority.
