Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use RestorePix AI at restorepixai.com ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

RestorePix AI offers online photo tools: enhancement, restoration, colorization, upscaling, style conversion, extension, erasing and format conversion. AI tools send your photo to an AI model and return an edited image. Format conversion runs in your browser.

Accounts

You can try the service without an account. When you create one, or when a purchase creates one from your payment email, keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits and plans

• Credits pay for AI runs. Each run costs a fixed number of credits shown before you start.
• Free credits: signed-in users get free daily credits for Standard runs; they do not carry over. Free results are limited in size and may carry a watermark.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire.
• Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription that adds credits every month. Unused Pro credits roll over up to the stated cap while the subscription is active and end with the paid period after you cancel.
• Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Waffo and PayPal); we never see your full card details.

Failed runs and refunds

If a run fails, its credits are returned automatically. For payments, you can ask for a refund of an unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase, or of a Pro payment within 14 days if no Pro credits were used, by writing to support@restorepixai.com. Where the law gives you more rights, those apply.

Your photos and results

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to your results. You give us permission to process your photos only to provide the service. Uploads and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours without an account, or 7 days in your history when signed in.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not use the service to:

• edit images of people in ways that are sexual, deceptive or harmful without their consent;
• create or spread illegal content, including any content that sexualizes minors;
• remove watermarks or credits from images you do not own or license;
• forge documents, IDs or evidence, or impersonate others;
• overload, scrape or attack the service.

We may refuse jobs and suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI results

AI results are generated, not recovered records. Colors, faces, text and other details may differ from reality. Check important content, such as numbers in documents, against the original before relying on it.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new date on this page, and material changes apply from your next use after the update.
